SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at ShapeYou! We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below you’ll find detailed information about how we handle shipping across our store.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Delivery timelines begin after the order has been processed.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–12 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and order volume.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

  • Customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Order tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
  • If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at shipping@wearshapeyou.com

Split Shipments

  • Sometimes your order may arrive in multiple packages. This is usually due to items shipping from different locations or being ready at different times.
  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Shipping Address Issues

  • Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order is marked as "Delivered", we are no longer responsible for the package.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.
