RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing ShapeYou. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivered date.  
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of damages and in their original packaging. 
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact. 
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact ShapeYou immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (size/color/style number). 

How to initiate a return

OPTION 1:

  • Contact our customer service team at returns@wearshapeyou.com to initiate the return process. 
  • Provide your order number and reason for return. 
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. 
  • Pack the item securely, including any accessories or documentation that were received with it. 

OPTION 2 (RECOMMENDED):

  • Log in to your ShapeYou account and visit "Orders" to select the item(s) you would like to return.
  • Follow the guided steps to submit your return request.
  • Track the status of your return anytime through your ShapeYou account.
  • Receive email updates as your return progresses.

return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days of receiving date. 

Return approval

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

exchanges

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate the desired item(s) and we will process it accordingly. 
  • Customers are responsible for outbound and inbound shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
