EmpowerYou Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
eligibility
- To be eligible for participation in the EmpowerYou Ambassador Program, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ambassadors must have an active presence on at least one major social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
program duration
- The EmpowerYou Ambassador Program duration shall be determined by ShapeYou and may be subject to change at any time.
Responsibilities
- Ambassadors are expected to promote our ShapeYou products ethically and authentically, reflecting the brand's values of body positivity and empowerment.
- Ambassadors must adhere to the brand guidelines provided by ShapeYou, including but not limited to content style, messaging, and product representation.
- Ambassadors are responsible for creating and sharing content that aligns with the brand's image and values.
- Ambassadors must maintain a positive and professional image in all interactions related to the EmpowerYou Ambassador Program.
product promotion
- Ambassadors are encouraged to showcase our ShapeYou products in creative and engaging ways, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Ambassadors must accurately represent the performance and quality of the products in their promotional content.
- Ambassadors should disclose their affiliation with our brand when promoting our products, using appropriate hashtags or disclosures as required by relevant advertising regulations.
Exclusivity
- Ambassadors may not promote competing shapewear brands or products during their participation in the EmpowerYou Ambassador Program.
- Ambassadors shall refrain from engaging in activities that may harm the reputation or interests of ShapeYou or its products.
Compensation
- Ambassadors may receive compensation in the form of free products, discounts, or other incentives as determined by ShapeYou.
- Compensation details will be outlined in the EmpowerYou Ambassador Agreement provided to selected participants.
Termination
- ShapeYou reserves the right to terminate an ambassador's participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or failure to meet program expectations.
- Ambassadors may also choose to withdraw from the program voluntarily by providing written notice to ShapeYou and a full repayment of an agreed upon fee received to ShapeYou (if applicable).
Agreement
- By participating in the EmpowerYou Ambassador Program, ambassadors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidlines provided by ShapeYou.
- Ambassadors acknowledge that failure to comply with these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any associated compensation or benefits.
modification of terms
- ShapeYou reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes via email or other communication channels.
governing law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and United States of America.
By submitting an application for the EmpowerYou Ambassador Program, applicants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
